Unless otherwise noted on the product page, our items can be returned so long as you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items in “like new” condition (clean and unworn items with all manufacturer labels and packaging) can be returned for a credit or exchanged for another item.
If your return arrives damaged, a restocking fee may be applied if we determine the item was not packaged properly before being shipped.
Items that arrive damaged will be replaced free of charge if you submit photos of the damage with your return request below.
At this time we cannot provide pre-paid return shipping labels. We do not ask for damaged items to be returned to us unless the photos provided are unclear. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs back to us items in like-new condition but can request a coupon code for the cost of the postage that can be put towards their next order.
